The Aries Point: The Degree of Creation, Awakening, and Sacred Rebirth

There is a hovering, a potential, before eruption. This is the quality of 0° Aries — pure, undirected creative force on the threshold of manifestation.
In the Quran, Surah Ya-Sin (36:82) reminds us: "When He intends a thing, His command is only that He says to it: 'Be!' — and it is." The Aries Point carries exactly this energy. When a heavy outer planet crosses this degree, the cosmos issues its own command — "Be!" — and something that did not exist before suddenly does.
In the Gospel of John, creation is described as: "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." The Aries Point is that Word — the logos, the initiating vibration that sets all cycles in motion.

Beautiful reflections here. Just to add to all of this, in Alchemical herbalism, we think of Aries as the emergence of the seed. Where people see the Rams horns, we see the splitting open of the ground and the emergence of the new life sprouting forth from the womb of creation you're speaking to in such a lovely way. On a mundane astrology level, we also see that the 0 degrees marks the casting of the chart, in a sense, it is "the word" spoken over the year. In natal astrology, it is said when someone has a planet at the Aries point, something about that planet will have to "birth forth" into the world and interface.
