2026 — Expanding Our Team and Focus

In 2026, ISAR will strengthen its foundation by growing the team and refining our initiatives.
We’ll prioritize collaboration, sustainability, and member engagement.

Key Goals:

Expand our team with paid roles by hiring from within the community.
Deepen relationships with long-time supporters as well as newcomers.
Strengthen Affiliated Schools Program and YouTube presence
Prepare and promote UAC 2026
Conduct regular assessments of events and community programs

2027 — Expanding Programming

With the groundwork in place, 2027 will center on expanding research, education, and member opportunities.

Key Goals:

Hire a Research Coordinator to oversee studies and data initiatives
Host an ISAR Retreat, fostering connection and learning
Broaden the Scholarship Program to reach emerging astrologers & support research
Develop research and self-study pathways for independent learners

2028 — Celebrating Successes

By 2028, ISAR will celebrate its collective progress through major milestones and expanded leadership opportunities.

Key Goals:

Host the ISAR Conference
Hire a Regular Events Coordinator to manage global programs
Establish Research Cohorts with compensated leaders

2029 — Board Development

This year marks a shift toward sustainability and mentorship as ISAR works on expanding Board professional development.

Key Goals:

Strategic professional development
Launch the Affiliated School Exchange Program
Host an ISAR Retreat
Launch a new ISAR Publication

2030 — Looking Ahead

2030 will be a year of reflection, collaboration, and forward vision.
We’ll celebrate achievements while planning the next decade of ISAR’s evolution.

Participate in the UAC Year
Begin planning for the next ISAR Conference
Reflect and reassess the organization’s goals for the future
