Note that while Trump’s geocentric Moon is just short of the boundary at 23°S11'30” (as mentioned during the panel), with parallax correction it goes OOB at 23°S 29'16", joining Mercury, Pluto and Ceres. Netanyahu has Venus and Uranus OOB.

The US Declaration of Independence chart has Venus, Mars and Pluto OOB. The Israeli Declaration of Independence chart has an extremely rare 5 planets OOB: Moon, Mercury, Venus, Uranus and Pluto.

To clarify a point that Jenn made, Pluto’s final period OOB is in 2035, after which it will not go OOB again for at least 10,000 years. This year it will be OOB from 11 August (22:19:30 UTC - just in time for the solar eclipse, as Christos highlighted) to 10 December (these dates may differ from Rosie Finn's calculations).

Paul Newman’s ‘Declination in Astrology: The Steps of the Sun’ is rather more accessible than Kt Boehrer’s book.

There’s a Facebook group dedicated to declination at: https://www.facebook.com/groups/ktmemsofdeclins

Yes Paul’s book is more accessible! I just wanted to highlight Kt’s as the pioneer of OOB discussions. The field definitely moved on once her insights gained traction with researchers. I also love making sure people learn about the femme pioneers in astrology as the masc authors tend to get a lot more air time.
