New VP for Mexico Print E-mail

ISAR is pleased to announce the appointment of Luis Lesur as its new International Vice President to Mexico. He will be replacing Dr. Emilio Perez, who has served as ISAR's VP to Mexico for the past 4 years. ISAR extends its deep gratitude and thanks to Dr. Perez for his years of service to both ISAR as well as the broader astrological community. We look forward to his continued support and help with ISAR's international programs, as well as astrolgiocial intiatrives unique to Mexico.

Luis Lesur is a certified astrologer (CA NCGR) with more than 20 years as a full time professional. He studied in the early 80's with Zoltan Mason in New York. He is author of the books /Vicios y Prejuicios de la Astrolog?a/ (Random House, 2003),  /La Hora de Venus/ (Random House 2005) and the appointment book (or agenda) /Astrolog?a Cotidiana/ that appeared for the first time in the year 2000. He has written for the magazines *Mercurio 3* of Spain, *The Mountain Astrologer* and the NCGR's *Journal*. He also has a regular column in the Mexican magazine/ Casa 9/. He frequently appears in radio and TV (CNN in Spanish and Telemundo in the EU).

He belongs to the advisory board of the NCGR and Kepler College, as well as to the NCGR examiners board.  He is president of the M?xico Chapter of the NCGR. He has been speaker in the last 3 UACs.

One of the fields in which he specializes is the charts of the zenith crossings of the planets in tropical latitudes and its derivatives.

At the present time Luis lives in Mexico City with his wife Barbara and their children, Sof?a and Daniel. Please join me in welcoming Luis us as our newest VP to Mexico.
