We are very proud to announce that the ISAR Board has voted unanimously to appoint Kamala Melic-Azhnazarova as our new International VP for Russia. Kamala replaces Nick Strachuk who sadly passed away last December. We have worked with Kamala, both while in Russia, as well as at SOTA when she took the ISAR Consulting Skills Program last fall which is the first part of her training to be a facilitator of the program in Russia. She has also passed the ISAR Competency Skills exam which she took during our Heaven on Earth Symposium in Italy a couple of years ago. She is currently translating both the ISAR Ethics document as well as the Competency Exam into Russian in preparation for an upcoming conference in which the entire certification program will be offered in Moscow. Kamala is a very active supporter of the ISAR programs and we look forward to a productive and enjoyable relationship, not only with Kamala, but with all the other Russian astrologers we have met and have yet to meet. She also teaches at the Classical School of Astrology in Moscow.
