ISAR has been a leader in advancing professionalism in the field of Astrology. Our certification program includes an ethics awareness module that every astrologer will find useful on its own or as part of the certification process. Regardless of the area of astrological interest or the level of practice--student, researcher, writer, or consultant--ethical issues arise. It is important to be aware of these issues and to deal with them professionally.
You may know that we have offered Ethics Awareness Training programs at conferences in the US and abroad. We are pleased that we are now able to offer this same course on DVD. The DVD features discussion and practical advice by Monica Dimino, Steven Forrest, Regina Gerstman, Chris McRae, Ray Merriman, and Dorothy Oja. After watching this DVD you will have a greater awareness of ethical issues in our profession and you will have some practical tools with which to deal with those issues should they arise. You will soon be able to take our DVD exam online as well (available in June 2007). The exam allows you to apply what you have learned to real-life situations and is one-third of the ISAR professional certification program.
