A couple important points:
As is often the case for tradeshows such as this, some booths will be more popular than others. On the vendor application, please rank your 2 or 3 top booth choices. All efforts will be made to place you in your top pick.
We’re not to the point of having this process automated on the website, so you’re going to have to work with me to rent your booth. A completed Vendor Application form with your payment is your means of securing a booth in our tradeshow.
You can notify me via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone call (773.205.1589) of your booth request. If I do not answer when you call, please leave your message (including a return phone number and good times to call) on my answering machine. I will note your preferences and confirm the availability of your selection.
After my confirmation of your booth’s availability, you must get your completed vendor application and payment to me – via either a hard copy sent via snail mail or a scanned image sent via email.
If payment for your booth is not received within 2 weeks of my confirmation, the hold on your booth will be released - making it available for another vendor.
